This is a project I created in 2024, exploring the presence of people who have once occupied a particular space. Places, holding hundreds of memories, lay quiet. The use of space in the photos brings the viewer deeper into the story. The wear and tear of the rooms or objects tells the viewer about the people who occupied these places. The viewer may step into the photos and ask the question, “Where did they go?” Beautiful, quiet moments are found everywhere in our daily lives, if one has the eye to see them.
